We would like to invite your organization to volunteer with us at Venice Family Clinic's Art Walk & Auctions event on Sunday, May 20th, 2018. Join us at Venice's most iconic event and help raise funds to help provide quality primary health care to people in need. Raising more than $800,000 in donations, Venice Family Clinic’s Art Walk & Auctions is our biggest fundraiser of the year! This event is FREE and open to the public, featuring a 350-piece art auction, live entertainment, a beer garden, and an impressive lineup of gourmet food trucks and local vendors.
Date: Sunday, May 20th 2018
Location: Google’s Los Angeles Headquarters in Venice
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - It takes over 400 volunteers to make this event possible, helping with pre-event preparations in the weeks leading up to the Art Walk as well as during the main event on Sunday. Volunteers ages 14 years+ welcome.

Are you interested in going above and beyond to support Venice Family Clinic’s Art Walk & Auctions? We are looking for Lead Volunteers to assist in key capacities throughout Art Walk weekend. This would require a longer shift (8+ hours) on Sunday, May 20thand/or additional involvement on Friday / Saturday, May 18th / 19th. Venice Family Clinic’s Art Walk & Auctions is a great opportunity for you to involve your friends, family, and corporate groups! We do our best to assign groups together in certain shifts and roles. Please forward this email to your group and have each member designate their affiliation in the appropriate section of the application (ex. “Cassie Roque’s Friends,” “Alpha Gamma Sigma,” or “MESH”). One main organizer for groups larger than 5 people should contact us via email in advance to order to reserve your spot.
Help Spread the News
We would love to have your help with promoting this event. Consider joining our canvassing teams that will help post flyers and signs all around town in the weeks leading up to the event. Volunteers with their own private vehicle preferred. You are also welcome to forward this information to anyone you see fit and pick up other promotional materials with advance notice.
